The GME office at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a GME Programs Coordinator. In partnership with the GME Administrator and GMEC Chair, the Programs Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of program assessment processes including Annual Program Evaluations (APEs), GMEC program reviews as well as the annual institutional review of all programs. The GME Programs Coordinator will also support Program Directors in the design and implementation of each program’s vision and strategy. You will:- Prioritize and organize GMEC program reviews based on quality metrics including APEs, Survey results, resident and faculty evaluations, accreditation agency reviews and timing of previous review. Conduct surveys as needed.- Work with Program Directors to improve program quality monitoring by developing effective measures, evaluation questionnaires and other metrics useful in monitoring quality.
