The Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) is hiring a Correlative Science Associate (CSA). As an integral member of the research team and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements, the Correlative Science Associate is responsible for supporting the Correlative Science Manager in the oversight of all studies related to collection, processing, and correlation of biomarkers with clinical and patient reported outcomes. The Correlative Science Associate will be expected to work with the Clinical Data Management and Clinical Operations teams to manage multi-center clinical trial activities by providing correlative expertise. We are looking for someone to assist with the development, build and review of new reports and tools, including the financial build of calendars within Clinical Trial Management System. As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will:- Prepare monthly analysis of aging report. This includes ensuring the accuracy of data in the General Ledger system and the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) by comparing recorded transactions and reviewing underlying supporting documentation (invoices, checks, wires). Pursue extraordinary revenue with funder, intensify externally and internally as needed.- Evaluate industry sponsored SKI funds in deficit for accrual, expenses, revenue, budget, etc. Prepare monthly reports for Revenue Management leadership.- Identify trends in aging and deficit reports (i.e. service or vendor specific challenges). Lead and advance to Revenue Management leadership.- Lead Receivable Edge and wire payments for unidentified checks and wires. We are:The Cellular Immunology Laboratory performs a series of assays on various cellular components of the immune system. The assays consist of lymphocyte proliferation by mitogens and antigens, natural killer cell activity, immunophenotyping of lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, bone marrow, peripheral blood progenitor/stem cells, cord blood and leukapheresis products. These studies are relevant in the diagnosis of immunodeficiency disorders and in monitoring the effect of therapy on several groups of patients, including those receiving bone marrow transplants or biologic response modifiers.It’s a very exciting time for our Laboratory Medicine department because it recently moved to a new state-of-the-art laboratory medicine facility on East 64th Street between First and Second Avenues.
