The Office of Technology Development's (OTD) mission is to ensure that Memorial Sloan Kettering's (MSK) inventions have the greatest chance of being developed and commercialized - so that these inventions both benefit patients and return the most value to MSK. The GME office at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a GME Program Assessment Manager. In partnership with the GME Director and GMEC Chair, the Program Assessment Manager is responsible for the management and administration of program assessment processes including Annual Program Evaluations (APEs), GMEC program reviews, annual institutional review of all programs, program letters of agreement, and annual accreditation self-studies and site visits. The GME Program Assessment Manager will also support the GME Director and GMEC Chair to effectively and efficiently ensure the Training Program Directors and Program Coordinators have the resources they need to continue facilitate highly successful training programs.You will:- Prioritize and organize GMEC program reviews based on quality metrics including APEs, Survey results, resident and faculty evaluations, accreditation agency reviews and timing of previous review. Conduct surveys as needed.- Work with Program Directors to improve program quality monitoring by developing effective measures, evaluation questionnaires and other metrics useful in monitoring quality.
