The candidate will work closely with Dr. Dey, other quantitative PhDs in the group and with collaborators at MSK, Weill Cornell Medicine, The Rockefeller University, and other institutions. The Gene Editing and Screening (GES) Core Facility (https://www.mskcc.org/research-advantage/core-facilities/rnai-core)  is recruiting a senior level scientist to providehigh content cell-based screening (HCS) and small molecule high throughput screening (HTS) for researchers at MSKCC and outside clients.  Arrayed small molecule and siRNA libraries, along with pooled functional genomics CRISPR-Cas9 and shRNA libraries, are offered for such screens.
