Role Overview:

Join our dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where over 900 NPs and PAs are redefining cancer care! We’re excited to welcome a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our Gastroenterology Service. In this hybrid role, you’ll be part of a collaborative inpatient consult team while also seeing patients in our outpatient Gastroenterology practice providing hepatology, nutrition, and general GI care. You’ll manage complex GI cases, including outpatient management of Total Parenteral Nutrition, and deliver both shared and independent consults. Key Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification
• Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience as a PA is preferred
• BLS certification

OR

• Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
• Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
• 3+ years of related clinical experience
• Related National NP certification
• BLS certification

Core Skills:

• Gastroenterology experience strongly preferred
• Skilled at anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Resourceful, with a strong ability to secure and utilize resources efficiently
• Clear and effective communicator across all levels
• Personable and able to build rapport with diverse groups
• Flexible and adaptable, adjusting approach and demeanor to meet evolving demands in real time

Additional Information:

Location: 1275 York Avenue, 160 E 53^rd street

Hours: Monday-Friday 4, ten-hour shifts; no weekends or holidays

Pay Range: 155,500K-197,400K

Reporting to: Manager, APP
