Job Description

Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our Genitourinary (GU) team as a Research Project Manager, GU Clinic! We’re looking for dynamic clinical research professional to oversee the daily operations of GU clinic and lead a variety of clinical research projects.

 

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the integration of all GU clinics (all locations, Prostate and Non-Prostate) and develop and implement new workflows!

 

Role Overview:

  • Clinic Management: Manage a team of Clinical Research Specialists that provides support to approximately 30 clinicians. Drive innovative solutions to optimize GU clinic workflows. Lead collaborative, cross functional projects and design forward-thinking processes to consistently achieve and exceed service objectives.
  • Clinic Operations: Evaluate research staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency. Proactively recommend and implement adjustments to staffing patterns in response to evolving project demands and service requirements. Collaborate with the Research Manager, Principal Investigator (PI), and Service Chiefs to assess progress, identify challenges, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for all levels regarding clinical data collection matters as they relate to the service and protocol databases. Generate reports or perform advanced queries for Service Chiefs, Principal Investigators, disease management team IRB etc.
  • Quality Assurance $ Regulatory Compliance: Perform regular audits to ensure institutional workflows and SOPs are complete and accurate. Ensure that all appropriate Institutional, State and Federal regulations are followed.
  • Special Projects: Work on special projects as assigned by the Research Manager and/or Manager. Projects may include specials data requests, educational/training projects etc.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of Clinical Research experience, direct staff management experience a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Human Subject Protection, clinical trial design, regulatory processes, and clinical development process required.

Additional Information

  • Location: 1275 York Avenue, NYC
  • Schedule: Onsite with potential to become hybrid after 6 months
  • Reporting to the Research Program Manager

Pay Range: $90,700.00 - $145,300.00
