Fellowship Overview:
The core program lasts 12 months and begins on October 20, 2025. Additionally, our Hospice and Palliative Care track is a 15-month program, starting on July 1, 2025. The fellowship provides support and training during the transition to practice period, allowing fellows to build confidence and knowledge in clinical sub-specialties.


The program is open to newly graduated APPs, as well as those with prior experience as an APP. The fellowship is especially well-suited for those looking to gain specialty exposure to oncology and those eager for an immersive learning experience.

 

 

Sub-specialty Tracks:
• Critical Care Medicine
• Geriatric Oncology
• Hematology/Oncology
• Hospice and Palliative Care
• Neurology/Neurosurgery

• Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
• Perioperative and Specialized Care
• Psycho-Oncology
• Solid Tumor Medical Oncology
• Surgical Oncology

 

General requirements:

  • Have current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses or a Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner NP, and/or Physician Assistant PA program in the United States
  • BLS, ACLS, DEA and any additional certifications/credentialing requirements

Feb 2, 2025– Hospice and Palliative Care Application opens

• March 25, 2025– Hospice and Palliative Care Application deadline

• April 7, 2025 – Application opens
• June 2, 2025 – Application deadline

interviews on a rolling basis. As the hiring process proceeds, positions
