Join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical, psychosocial, and educational services to support post-treatment breast cancer patients. In this role, you will manage a caseload of survivors, implement evidence-based standards of care, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care. As a clinical authority, you will provide education and consultation to team members while actively participating in research and process improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help shape patient education programs and enhance clinical support services. Hours: 4 days per week, 10-hour flex shifts Monday – Saturday; providing coverage primarily in the Westchester Regional Network, with possible rotation to other regional sites in NY and NJ as needed
