Job Description

Role Overview:

Join our team as a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) and play a key role in providing expert, compassionate care to patients on the General Medical Tumor (GMT) Surgery service in an ambulatory setting! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own clinic while working closely with a team of dedicated physicians to meet the medical and psychosocial needs of patients with complex cancers, including soft tissue sarcoma, melanoma, gastric cancer, and more. You’ll deliver comprehensive care through a mix of shared and independent visits, guiding patients through both perioperative and long-term surveillance phases. As part of MSK’s exceptional team of over 900 APPs, you'll be empowered to implement and evaluate care standards and engage in impactful research to drive evidence-based cancer care. Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • BLS
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience is preferred

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
  • Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • Related National NP certification
  • BLS
  • A minimum of 3 years of outpatient clinical experience is preferred

Location: 53rd street NY, NY

Hours:10 hours shifts; flexed Monday-Friday

Pay Range:144k-182K

Reports to: Manager, APP
