Exciting Opportunity at MSK: As the first Vice President of Support Services at MSK, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of non-clinical functions including environmental services, food and nutrition, and patient escort. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of support service operations.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by designing, developing, and optimizing support services across MSK. Your mission will involve aligning these services with MSK’s mission, strategic priorities, and operating model, working closely with key leaders to identify and bridge gaps in technology, processes, and people. Ensuring scalable and efficient operations that enhance patient experience and overall organizational effectiveness will be a critical part of your role.
