Job Description

Looking for a collaborative environment where you can make an impact on business planning, financial reporting, and decision-making? Join us as we seek a Senior Financial Analyst to create a dynamic team in our Corporate Financial Operations. Interact with various teams as a trusted business partner to facilitate the development of business plans for new initiatives.

 

You Will:

  • Analyze complex financial business models for new initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify and explain key financial performance indicators.
  • Provide financial analysis, planning, and forecasting which may include consolidation of financial data from various sources, analyzing current and past financial data, and performance of the overall portfolio.
  • Translate complex financial data into an understandable format for a broad range of audiences.
  • Build complex financial models and/or forecasting, benchmarking, and processing analysis.
  • Develop ad hoc reports to support the needs of leadership teams.
  • Lead and/or assist in projects that require financial support and/or guidance.

You Are:

  • A critical thinker with a strong understanding of complex key performance indicators
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in managing multiple projects independently
  • Action-oriented and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.

You Have:

  • 4 + years of finance, accounting, investment banking, or related experience, healthcare preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts

Location: 90% remote flexibility. Expected to be in NYC for important in-person meetings and other collaboration needs.
