The Design + Construction Department at Memorial Sloan Kettering is looking for part-time Fall 2019 intern currently enrolled in a Graphic Design degree program. This is an exciting opportunity for students be part of a forward looking and award winning healthcare design team developing environmental graphics, interior design guideline documents and interior design project presentations.
Please note that students are encouraged to learn by doing; responsibilities to include:
- Researching inspiration and creating mood boards for various interior design projects
- Developing an interior design guidelines standards manual
- Assisting on presentations for internal and external marketing and awards and publication submissions
- Assisting signage and wayfinding project manager on developing environmental graphics solutions

Our Design+Construction department (D+C) is committed to excellence in planning, designing and constructing facilities that support the Center’s mission.
We are looking for a part-time intern to work 2 days per week, 9-5 PM, and we offer a daily stipend of $32.00. Start date for the internship is end of September and end date is December 2019.
Required: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Microsoft Office. Interest in the crossection of graphic design, environmental graphics, interior design and architecture. Please submit samples of your work for review along with your resume.
