    We are looking for a highly motivated Research Technician to join our stem cell core at the Sloan Kettering Institute. Highly motivated, diligent, detail-oriented, team players are encouraged to apply.


    The stem cell core is currently developing human pluripotent stem cell-based approaches for a variety of research purposes. The primary responsibility of this position is tool development, to develop novel genome editing tools for human pluripotent stem cells research.



    • D. degree in molecular biology, stem cell biology or other relevant fields
    • Skilled in molecular and cell biology techniques including, but not limited to, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, cloning, Western blotting, quantitative PCR, FACS and immunofluorescence techniques.
    • Molecular cloning experience related to gene editing and/or reporter line generation is highly preferred.
    • Experience working on human pluripotent stem cells is a plus.
    • The candidate must be self-motivated, flourish in a team-based environment, and be flexible on work #LI-POST
