    Job Description

    Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact at a world-leading Cancer Institution? We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished, passionate and creative Supply Chain leader to help transform our Strategic Sourcing organization and elevate us to the next level. The Director, Strategic Sourcing will focus on customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, and patient-focused sourcing.


    You Will:

    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies for all clinical and non-clinical products, software, distribution, capital and services utilized throughout MSK.
    • Be responsible for over $1.7B in annual expenditures across 10,000 suppliers with Pharmacy accounting for more than 55% of total spend.
    • Build the Strategic Sourcing organization
    • Influence utilization of the resources, value, and tools through partner relationships.
    • Lead and train a highly-professional and uniquely-skilled group of Sourcing professionals who in turn initiate and drive complex projects.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic supplier relationships.
    • Operationalize people, processes and technology to ensure that the Supply Chain delivers target-established bottom line annual savings, reduces risk, and partners with internal partners to ensure high quality and efficient operations.

    You Have:

    • An MBA and/or a Masters Degree in Supply Chain
    • 7-10 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in Healthcare is strongly preferred
    • A CMRP is preferred
