    Learning and Organization Development Associate Consultant


    We are:
    The Learning & Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance. We are committed to developing employees at all levels through a variety of programs, activities, workshops, lectures, mentorship, and more.     You are:

    • Passionate about crafting, developing and delivering learning, change leadership, talent development, and leadership and organization development programs for MSK staff.
    • Able to respond to issues with a systematic, problem-solving approach to anticipate and address challenges
    • Results-oriented and eager to tackle new opportunities with a sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm
    • Able to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively
    • Attentive to colleagues/clients and focused on understanding and meeting their needs
    • Effective at communicating in a variety of situations and with audiences at all levels
    • A skillful writer with exceptional attention to detail

    You will:

    • Design and develop materials to support departmental programs, and ensure that they conform to departmental standards.
    • Deliver elements of departmental programs commensurate.
    • Independently collaborate with internal clients/stakeholders across all levels of the organization, as well as with external vendors and consultants, to represent the L&OD department’s interests, resources, and capabilities.
    • Serve as a departmental liaison to learners, program participants, and client managers throughout the Center.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors external to the organization in order to ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
    • Develop project plans in support of departmental activities and ensure their quality execution.
    • Analyze and present evaluation and other data relating to departmental programs, accurately portraying metrics, impact, and implications.
    • Manage activities through the Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).

    You have:

    • Master’s degree in organization development, learning and organization psychology, learning, human resources management or a related field preferred, Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 2-4 years of experience in project/program design and/or delivery in a learning and organization development or consulting environment
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) #LI-POST
