    We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner Associate to join our midtown-based team. We are a diverse and passionate group who act as internal consultants to over 16,000 employees across the organization. Each HRBP works closely with their client groups to become familiar with the area’s priorities, goals, and unique position within the organization to help drive the business forward.

    You will:
    • Serve as a trusted and valued advisor for clients.
    • Analyze complex issues, design effective solutions, and facilitate change.
    • Provide counsel on a broad spectrum of issues and opportunities, including resolution of employee relations issues.
    • Clarify, interpret and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures within assigned client areas.
    • Ensure consistency in approach across areas of the business.
    • Lead the implementation of new and existing HR programs and initiatives.


    You have:
    • A minimum of 3 years of HR or related experience; preferably in a HR Business Partner/Generalist Role.
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
    • A track record of driving results, solving problems, and taking accountability.
    • Knowledgeable in employee relations issues, HR policy implementation, and investigations.
    • Ability to exercise excellent judgment and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to build relationships, establish trust, handle conflict, and influence others.
    • Ability to see the big picture and be attentive to detail.
    • Excellent written, analytic, and presentation skills.
