    Job Description

    MSK has an exciting opportunity for you as a Manager for our HR Resource Center. Our midtown-based HRRC delivers a high level of service to our employees and managers by responding to employee’s Human Resources systems, process, and policy inquiries in areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Finance, Employee Relations and Payroll in an efficient, accurate and compliant manner. The hallmarks of our team are in delivering services that are timely, accurate and highly adapted to our fast-paced environment.

     

    We follow a framework of a multi-tiered support model in which Tier 1 serves as the first point of contact for initial questions, Tier 2 addresses more complex, advanced inquiries and provides system transactional support, and Tier 3 is an escalation point to our centers of expertise to resolves issues beyond the scope of the resource center.

     

    We are looking for the Manager to play a vital role in this centralized function!

     

    As a Manager, HR Resource Center, you will:

    • Lead and the day-to-day operations HRRC team to ensure operational effectiveness.
    • Focus on developing and continually improving high-levels of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Be responsible for establishing and assessing key performance indicators in support of defined service level agreements.
    • Maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, mentoring, team building and leadership planning
    • Partner and serve as a liaison with HR functional areas to establish business rules and processes for service critical issue protocols, and resolving service delivery related issues that may arise.

    You need:

    • Proven supervisory/management experience.
    • Experience in the healthcare setting strongly preferred; MSK experience a plus.
    • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
    • 4-7 years experience in healthcare environment, preferably in Human Resources.
    • Experience with a ticketing/case management tool highly preferred.
    • Deep understanding related to HR Programs, Policies, and Procedures.
    • Strong writing skills.
    • A proven dedication to providing superb customer service.
    • Effective managerial skills that can energize, develop, and lead multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs.
    • Able to build plans, devise work schedules, and lead according to performance standards, budget, and workloads.
