The goal of our group at Sloan Kettering Institute is to develop cutting edge single-cell experimental technologies that includes single-cell RNA-seq and multi-dimensional in-situ imaging to explore questions in tumor heterogeneity, metastasis and tumor immune environment. A key focus is the single cell profiling of clinical patient samples, with the goal of improving immunotherapy and precision medicine. The work in our dynamic multi-disciplinary team involves droplet microfluidics, large-scale assay automation, computational biology, single-cell imaging and analysis, molecular biology, next-gen sequencing, etc. We are seeking for a dedicated, and careful wet-lab researcher who is interested in learning and developing new single-cell technologies for cancer research.
