    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our midtown-based team for a 6-month assignment.


    We are looking for a flexible person who is comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions, but is also interested in partnering on key projects and initiatives which could include creatively sourcing, providing data analysis, scheduling, career fairs, etc ... 


    You will:  

    • Conduct applicant assessments via in-person or video interviews
    • Provide hiring managers with ongoing support and counsel 
    • Document all applicant activity to ensure compliance with local, State and Federal guidelines  
    • Provide continual updates on work progress and challenges to assigned Talent Acquisition Leader  
    • Work at our offices at 633 3rd Avenue, NYC; Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm 

    You are:

    • Passionate about talent
    • Adept in behavioral based interviewing techniques
    • Familiar with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter)
    • Capable of balancing the needs of multiple clients
    • Action-oriented and enthusiastic (with a sense of humor!)
    • Flexible
    • Persuasive 


    You need:

    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 1+ years of previous experience as a recruiter or sourcing specialist
    • Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical skills 
    • Strong ATS skills (we use iCIMS)
