Looking for a Budget Associate to join our Psychiatry/Counseling Center division.
The role will be based at 631 Lexington in NYC and provide budget support for the department. This individual will provides report preparation and administrative support for the Administrator and Financial manager. Ideal candidate will have ~4 years professional work experience and past experience in accounting/budget type roles (i.e. entry-level accounting, junior staff accountant, accounts associate, worked closely with a financial analyst or controller).
Responsibilities include assisting the Financial Manager in the preparation of major financial deliverables through retrieval, analysis, and entry of financial
data; routine and ad hoc reporting. In addition, the Budget Associate assists the Administrator and Financial Manager with flow of paperwork,
collection of data, routine and non-routine projects as determined by the Administrator and Financial Manager.
