    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated Research Technician to join our team that is currently developing human pluripotent stem cell-based approaches for a variety of research purposes. The primary purpose of this position is to design and execute cell biology experiments for human PSC cultures, differentiation, and other types of applications.


    You will:  

    • Design, plan and execute experiments for human PSC cultures, differentiation, and other types of applications.
    • Author and review laboratory methods and reports, write SOPs.
    • Participate in developing and establishing relevant new technologies, as needed.

    You need:  

    • Bachelor, master, or Ph.D. degrees in cell biology or other science related fields.
    • 1-2 years of laboratory experience
    • Skills in molecular and cell biology techniques including, but not limited to, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, PCR, Western blotting, quantitative PCR, and immunofluorescence techniques.
    • General cell cultures experience is required. Experience related to human pluripotent stem cell culture, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and/or reporter line generation is highly preferred.
    • Experience working on human pluripotent stem cells is a plus.
