    Job Description

    The Floater Pharmacist will cover various areas of the Main Campus including R5 IV rooms (non-chemo and Chemo), OR areas, Main Pharmacy, Inpatient Satellites, Medication Reconciliation, and Outpatient Pharmacy.


    You Will:

    • Document and mainten records associated with sterile compounding and drug distribution
    • Perform clinical review and order entry
    • Assist with oversight of technical staff

    You Have:

    • PharmD (or equivalent) is required. Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting and compounding of sterile IV preparations is preferred.  Candidates must successfully complete MSK aseptic competency testing and required critical point modules. 
    • NY State Pharmacist license required.

    Hours: Day shift hours variable with some rotation to evenings, rotate weekend coverage up to every other weekend
