    Job Description

    The Partner Engagement Associate will play an important role in deepening partnerships and creating engagement activities for the fast growing MSK Direct program. She/he will work with internal colleagues and external partners (e.g.: employers and unions) to ensure that our partners are engaged and value the MSK Direct program.
    MSK Direct offers our partners simplified access to exceptional cancer care. Through this program, we offer our partners’ employees, members and their families that may be faced with cancer the support they need at a critical moment, guiding them to treatment that will assure the best possible outcome.


    You will:

    • Provide project management for the launch of new partnerships (eg: contract management, communication, data, integration) 
    • Manage relationship and engagement events for a portfolio of approximately 3-5 partners
    • Plan and attend engagement events for partners -- both those in assigned portfolio and in colleagues portfolios (eg: educational seminars, screening programs, volunteer events, annual user group) 
    • Create quarterly and ad hoc reports as necessary for partners and MSK leadership


    You are:

    • Highly organized, detail oriented and energized by working on complex problems in a fast paced and evolving environment
    • Able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
    • A poised, energetic and confident communicator; comfortable working with senior level external partners and representing MSK Direct at engagement events
    • A clear and thorough in both written and verbal communications
    • Collaborative with internal and external partners
    • Comfortable presenting and interpreting data to inform partner engagement and program strategy
    • Urgently committed to supporting our partners and patients


    You have:

    • Three to five years of experience in relationship management or project management
    • Knowledge of the healthcare and/or employee benefits ecosystem
    • Experience using Excel and interest or experience in using analytical tools like Tableau
    • Facility developing presentations in Powerpoint 
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM a plus 
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
