    Job Description

    Under the direction of CTMS Manager, the CTMS Analyst oversees all study calendar building activities in the OnCore clinical trials management system (CTMS). Works with MSK clinical departments and external vendor to design, develop, test and release study calendars in OnCore. Provides end user support and training related to CTMS in collaboration with other CTMS project stakeholders. Participates in on-site evaluation of new versions, patches, and maintenance upgrades and performs testing as needed. Serves as the point of contact for any calendar building and CTMS training questions at MSK for MSK and non-MSK users.

    • Training
    • Regulatory Compliance

    You need:

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
    • At least 6 months of OnCore experience.
    • Relevant graduate work would be considered in lieu of total minimum experience (adjusted appropriately).
    • Master’s degree preferred with 2 years of Clinical research and/or other applicable research investigation experience.
    • Strong communication skills, information management skills, computer skills and administrative skills required.
