    Job Description

    Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Grant Writer/Editor for the Radiology Department.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Supports end-to-end grant activity of Radiology investigators by identifying opportunities for peer-reviewed funding, creating and maintaining work plans, providing support with preparation and editing of all components of grant submissions, ensuring timely submission of proposals, and assisting with grant management activities such as progress reports, so as to ensure maximal external funding for Radiology researchers
    • Edits and coordinates academic, research, and related documents, including manuscripts, abstracts, department reports, database reports, and other documents for the department/service. 


    • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years as an Editor/Grant Writer. 
    • Experience in a medical editing/grant writing environment preferred.  
    • Prior experience in the submission of federal grants preferred. 
    • Interest in or familiarity with pre-clinical research and/or radiochemistry preferred but not required.

    Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
