Job Description

MSK is seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development and maintenance of various projects related to the MyMSK Patient Portal, both desktop and mobile versions. 


You Will:

  • Oversee documentation and QA testing of application releases and coordinates with clinical and technical teams. 
  • Be involved in analyzing and troubleshooting issues with the system and follows through the life cycle of an issue until its completion. 
  • Participate in gathering requirements for new requests and coordinating development effort with the technical team. 
  • Ensure and monitors that MyMSK Patient Portal is compliant with Meaningful Use requirements.

You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of Information Services experience.
  • Proficiency in the following: HTML5, TFS Work Item module, Content Management, Automated Testing Tools, MS Office.
  • Able to work independently, and be comfortable with multitasking on separate projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability, as well as excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of various mobile devices highly preferred.

Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
