Job Description

MSK's Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate integrated project management of multi-media campaigns that further brand awareness, increase familiarity and demand for MSK services.




You Will:

  • Work closely with consumer marketing colleagues and agency partners to implement integrated marketing strategies.
    1. Support marketing and advertising strategy development, including documenting priorities and tactics.
    2.  Coordinate with agencies to conduct assessments of competitive creative/campaign activities.
  • Support creative development and delivery of assets for multi-media campaigns, including added value assets.
    1. Work with Marketing colleagues and agency to monitor detailed schedules for creative development milestones and production; help monitor critical milestones as well as creative reviews with senior management to insure timely release of assets to media agency.
    2. Support and coordinate distribution of relevant content within paid and unpaid media, creation of test materials needed for research studies and delivery of final creative assets for media placement.
    3. Work with creative agency to ensure that all schedules are delivered to MSK in a timely fashion and updated as needed. Monitor schedules to ensure that milestones are being met.
    4. Ensure that creative is developed and delivered in appropriate formats per media plan.
    5. Participate in various aspects production as feasible, including photo and/or film shoots, radio records and final editing rounds.
    6. Initiate and collaborate with the marketing colleagues to facilitate legal and compliance reviews to meet privacy and other regulatory requirements.
  • Creative Asset, Media Planning, and Insights data management.
    1. Ensure that in-progress and final creative are archived via internal tool allowing marketing colleagues timely access for presentation and socialization purposes.
    2. Work with public affairs colleagues to ensure that marketing photo and video assets are available via digital asset library.
    3. Upload new assets onto OneMSK (intranet) and make adjustments to how creative is displayed as needed.
    4. Ensure that insights reports and relevant backup are saved in the appropriate location for future internal and external reference.
    5. Manage internal shared drives for media, production, and insights.
  • Coordinate consumer marketing meetings and agendas, including core marketing weekly meeting, key weekly agency meetings, and others as needed.
  • Act as back up for an administrative assistant as needed for meeting scheduling, responding to department level requests, etc.

You Have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required (Business or Marketing focus is preferred).
  • At least 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Advertising experience is strongly preferred; in particular, creative development for digital and/or broadcast channels.
  • Basic technical marketing and digital skills, including measurement and reporting for digital and social media, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
