Job Description

The Pharmacy Department is seeking a Financial/Project Analyst to provide project, financial and administrative support to the Finance Manager of Pharmacy.

 

You will:

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental projects, including development and implementation of the new Pharmacy Inventory Management System.
  • Handle various aspects of project management, communications, data analysis, and training related to Pharmacy projects.
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Administrator in financial management of the department by preparing various analysis and reports related to financial trends and materials management.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for staff, collaborators, and supervisors as necessary. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make oral presentations and draft written correspondences.
  • Ability to analyze financial and statistical data.
  • Must be able to handle multiple requests and assignments, develop content knowledge of projects, take initiative in anticipating next steps, and provide managers with creative alternative solutions to improve processes and projects.
