The Learning & Organization Development Department (L&OD) has an exciting new senior consultant individual contributor opportunity that will be instrumental in our organization’s future success.     L&OD provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance.     YOU WILL:

    • Lead the application of organization development and change leadership principles and approaches to guide clients in setting a vision and driving intentional leadership development and organizational transformation initiatives across MSK
    • Consult with sponsors and leaders to develop a vision for change, address underlying issues, conduct organizational assessments, and define performance metrics and business outcomes
    • Provide direction and leadership for new and existing large-scale organization and leadership development interventions and change initiatives across a complex, matrixed organization from conception to evaluation
    • Coach and support teams in the use of change leadership methodologies to engage partners and sustain culture change
    • Work with groups to improve team functionality and ability to achieve results through customized team interventions
    • Provide consultation and support to teams in the use of group processes to effectively achieve results
    • Design and facilitate leadership programs, and provide executive and developmental coaching interventions to help leaders work more effectively
    • Design, customize, and facilitate OD and change interventions and learning programs in a credible, influential, and engaging manner
    • Use multiple instructional design options and learning methodologies (e.g., classroom, online, blended, distance learning methods) to develop creative and innovative solutions
    • Stay abreast of new thought leadership and methodologies in OD, change, and leadership development through research and networking with external companies and vendors


    YOU NEED:

    • Master’s degree in Organization Psychology/Development/Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
    • 8+ years of visionary experience in organization development/change management/leadership development
